Use rights

One purchase covers one completed website for you or one client. You may customise the source and hand over that completed client website. Redistribution of the editable source, reusable assets or private copy link as a template, kit, library or competing resource is excluded.

Guide and support

Follow the English guide for setup and editing. Support covers order problems, failed delivery and reproducible product defects. Custom design, installation and general Framer training are outside this scope.

Seven-day conditional refunds

Contact the seller within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. Refunds cover accidental duplicate purchases or charges, delivery we cannot resolve, or a material defect or mismatch with advertised features that we cannot fix within a reasonable time. Timely requests remain open while we investigate. Change of mind, missing basic skills and missing third-party subscriptions fall outside this voluntary policy. Mandatory consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy rules take precedence. An approved refund ends the license; stop using and delete the covered copies.
